He spotted a brake pad low in usage, all I said was that I was shocked as it had an MOT and someone said they're fine. That kicked him off and set him in a bad mood. I tried to apologise to say I wasn't arguing, I was merely repeating what I was told. Very strange, but the work done was fine and that's what counts. I prefer someone I can talk to and get advice rather get my head chewed off though.
